What you choose to share

We save your email address, your separate choice about early-testing invitations, signup and confirmation dates, the expiry date, the privacy-notice version, and confirmation-email delivery status. We use this to confirm your email and tell you when Minlow is ready. Early-testing invitations are optional and start unchecked. Re-entering an existing address does not change its choices.

You join the active waitlist only after using the confirmation link and pressing “Confirm my place”. That confirmation is your consent to the launch announcement and, if selected, early-testing invitations. You can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and its waitlist database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse when the form comes into view or you focus it. The check and request limiting process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. We do not store your IP address in the waitlist database.

Resend sends the confirmation email and receives your email address and the email content, including its confirmation and removal links. It keeps email content and delivery records for 30 days. Replies and privacy requests sent to our contact address are handled in Gmail. These providers may process information internationally under their own data-protection arrangements. How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups expire after 24 hours. Confirmed waitlist records expire six calendar months after the original signup. A scheduled cleanup removes expired records every 15 minutes while the service is available and catches up when it resumes. A duplicate signup does not extend that period.

Use the removal link in your confirmation email to delete your active waitlist record immediately, or email us from the address you registered. Cloudflare recovery backups and Resend's delivery records can retain earlier copies under their retention policies; deleting the active record does not erase those copies instantly. We do not use recovery copies to send announcements.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy or correction of your information, ask us to erase it, or withdraw consent using the contact above. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict processing or receive your information in a portable format, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To change the early-testing choice yourself, remove your record and sign up again.
